Employment Opportunity - Fire Chief - The Town of Indian Beach seeks highly motivated individual to lead a combined fire/EMS paid and volunteer department with 9 full-time, 8 part-time and 25 volunteers. Emphasis is on ability to develop highly professional and motivated team within the department and provide a high level of service to the community. Position reports to the Town Administrator and has full responsibility for planning, organizing and managing the Fire/EMS department staff, facilities, equipment and budget. Requires a degree in fire science or related field and progressively responsible fire service management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Filing begins: 12Noon - July 5th
Filing ends: 12Noon - July 19th
