Welcome to the Town of Indian Beach



The Board of Commissioners of the Town of Indian Beach will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to amend the Town’s charter to provide for a manager/council form of government.  Under this form of government the town manager shall be the chief administrator of the city. He shall be responsible to the council for administering all municipal affairs placed in his charge by the board of commissioners and will have the powers and duties provided by North Carolina General Statute 160A-148.  The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Indian Beach Town Hall, 1400 Salter Path Road, Indian Beach, North Carolina, 28575 beginning at 5:00 P.M. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained at Indian Beach Town Hall. The public is invited to attend and give comment.
